We here at the Mansion love a good breakfast- I’m sure that comes as no surprise.

So imagine how thrilled we were to have the opportunity to feature one of our Bed and Breakfast specialties- our Blueberry Bread Pudding- on the fabulous blog Pretty Tasty Things.

As you’ll see from the feature, there is quite a bit of history behind the dish and we had a blast shooting it one Sunday afternoon.
