Photography Moments You’ll Want to Have for Your Wedding Day

June 11th, 2017

One of the most important aspects of any wedding is the photography. These photos will live on for years to come so you and your spouse can enjoy the memories that are associated with them. While every couple and every photographer are different, there are a few photos you’re going to want to make sure you include:

Getting Ready

Getting photos of both of the to-be-weds getting ready will be fun to see after the fact for the couple to see how the other was doing before the big reveal!

Stationery

You’ll likely have in-hand copies of your invitations, save-the-dates and programs, but having professional photos of them are sure to look great in your scrapbook!

Florals

Wedding flowers are one of the biggest parts of a wedding, and help to capture the tone and theme of the day!

Portraits

Portraits of you and your new spouse, your families, your wedding party, and other wedding guests are perhaps the most important photos of the whole day. These are the people that are closest to you and you’ll want to remember all of those moments.

The First Look

The very first moment you see your partner is something you are going to want to remember and have with you for the rest of your life.

The Walk Down the Aisle

This is one of those quintessential wedding moments that all couples want to have. Don’t forget to also have your partner’s reaction at the other end of the aisle captured as well!

Ceremony and Reception Decor

These photos will capture all of the little personal things you wanted to include in your day. From the tablescapes to seating charts, you’ll want to remember all of the details.

The First Dance

Your first dance is another one of those iconic moments during your wedding, so be sure you have plenty of photos to remember it!

Speeches

Those that give speeches at your wedding (best man, maid of honor, father of the bride) are some of the closest people to you, so make sure you capture what they have to say.

We love getting photos from our couples, it’s one of the highlights of our job! Every photo matters when it’s your wedding, so make sure you include all of the important moments.

Press: Richmond Bride Magazine

June 1st, 2017

We are so thrilled to see the latest issue of Richmond Bride Magazine featured one of our wonderful couples, Helen and Paul! Their traditional Korean wedding was unforgettable with their color palette of lilac, sky blue, and lavender seen throughout the ceremony and reception- not to mention their diverse menu of multiple types of sushi rolls and traditional Korean dishes like japchae, kimchi, and galbi.

It was such an honor to be part of their special day, and we wish them a lifetime of happiness!

A special shout out to YouSee Photography who beautifully captured the day.
