Historic Mankin Mansion

Every now and then, we receive images from Weddings at the Mansion from our generous photography friends. Today, we’re thrilled to show you a glimpse of Amanda and Eric’s recent wedding, courtesy of Nick Kessler Photography.

Amanda and Eric were a lovely couple, and we especially loved the Peacock details they wove in and out of their wedding theme. Amanda and Eric also chose to see each other before the ceremony, which was a delightful change from tradition.

We love seeing the Mansion through the eyes of a photographer- thank you Nick for this opportunity!

When we moved from the West Coast to Richmond in 2003, we were delighted to see all of the wonderful things that our new home had to offer- from art gallery openings and museums to food festivals and historical landmarks.

We started our Blog in hopes of sharing our city with visitors from around the country and beyond.
